Salto helps clubs and competition organisers set up gymnastics competitions, collect entries, manage judging, and publish live results.

These docs are written for the people using Salto on competition week:

• competition organisers setting up sessions, judges, rotations, and live results
• club admins entering gymnasts through a club portal
• judges using the judging portal on competition day
• floor managers and helpers who need a simple operational reference

Fast path

1. Create the competition and confirm the disciplines.
2. Add or invite clubs.
3. Build sessions and rotations.
4. Assign judges and share judge links.
5. Activate the competition when the start lists are ready.
6. Run judging and check the live leaderboard.

Before competition day

Make sure you have checked:

• sessions have the correct levels, divisions, disciplines, and apparatus
• gymnast numbers are allocated
• removed or scratched gymnasts are handled before printing sheets
• judge assignments match the session and discipline
• live leaderboard visibility is correct
• a test score has been entered and removed again
